I arrived at work and immediately got a craving for sushi and a salted caramel chocolate chip cookie, and I’m not even pregnant. At least I don’t think I am.
I’ve had one of those evil cookies in 5 weeks, and I split that over two days. So, I’m letting myself be bad.
I’m blaming the sushi craving on the Wednesday mask I’m wearing today.

My lunch started right at 11:30 am. That’s shocking. Usually, my shift starts at 8:30 am and I get no break at all until 1:00 pm.
Management blames it on the cashier shortage. It’s bullshit.
I finished my sushi and am having a few bites of cookie. It’s 11:55 am, so I don’t have much time.
More later.
It’s 3:19 pm. I clocked out at 3:05. I was bad, but not totally; I only ate half that cookie.
I have a sinus headache. The else is new? It feels like there is a knife in my right eye.
I’m doing my usual hang out fir a little bit in the breakroom before I leave. I don’t think I need anything. Err, well, that I can get here.
Debating calling my orthopedic doc for my shoulder/ upper arm issue. I think I toasted some tendons wearing exercise (pull over) bras for over ten years. Yeah, laugh. It’s pretty hilarious. If it’s weird it happens to me. Plus, I’m kind of a klutz.
Anyway he has this new technique to manage pain with injections. It all came about via stem cells. I have to read more. Let me go pop over to his FB page.
I’ll be back.
PRP Stem Cell Therapy. I hope Florida Blue covers it. Right now I have a lot of health issues on my plate.
See my next blog for info on this interesting therapy.
It’s 3:45. The knife is still in my right eye. I love allergies.
I’m leaving’ this popsicle stand.
