….but, it’s very personal about some dicey things happening in my domestic life. My domestic people are my FB friends and could very possibly read the unflattering things I want to say.

I’m working it all out in my mind. One good thing—I hope (depends upon what my co-pay will be)—I did for myself is make a counseling appointment with a mental health group that has both psychiatrists and psychologists. I think they are national, or regional, but there’s not much choice there. The practice is called Elite DNA.

When my primary care physician’s PA told me about this place I was like: well, thank you, Universe, I’ve been asking for such a practice for years. Then the PA told me they take insurance. Then I called last week and they take MY insurance.

I’m praying this works out because I’ve needed to get counsel for about eight years, now.

My first appointment is virtual. It’s on 9/21. I’m crossing my fingers and hoping for the best.
