We are experiencing record freezing and cold temperatures across most of the US.

Here, in Central Florida—in my neck of the Sunshine State—it is about 40 degrees F. The iguanas in Miami will be going comatose and dropping out of trees everywhere. Forty degrees is a lot warmer than most everywhere else in the US. I’m loving it. I would love it if the temperature dropped into the 20’s. Yeah, I’m living in the wrong state (of consciousness, maybe?). I have obligations here. Sigh.
