Gee, could it be that Target’s starting pay is two dollar more per hour than Sprouts? Could it be the fact that the staffing is probably better? Could it be that in all likelihood the managers don’t just put you on the schedule at their whim well after the schedule has been posted? Maybe it’s the lack of lack of respect?

Yes, I am still grateful to be done at Walmart, but I know I deserve better.

I got sent on my lunch and I mentioned to the cashier who rang me up that I was going to apply at Target and she replied, “I’ve heard a few people around here say that lately.”

Well, I’m due out on my register soon. I’m here till 9 pm. Oh the joy. I have the same shift tomorrow.
