These are my absolute favorite berries. I wish we could get them in Florida. Someone in the produce biz explained to me that the berries are too soft to travel far. By the time they arrived in Florida they would be juice.

When we returned to life in Florida-Port Charlotte, in Charlotte County-I made a Key Lime Pie or two. Then I realized that I would love to combine food from Florida and Oregon by making a Key Lime Pie and topping it with some fresh Marrionberries instead of meringue of whipped cream. Yum.

Note that Key Limes are yellow and not green. It chaps my hide when they are paired in any way with green limes. I loathe misinformation.
