My shoulder and arm were so sore last night, the pain kept waking me up, even though I took a Naproxen. Finally, I turned on my light and lathered my whole right arm, shoulder to wrist, with vapor rub. I can’t believe how well that stuff works. I awoke today with no pain.

Pain free led me to pack a box! How exciting. It’s just another message to The Universe that I want to vacate this home for one I will love.

It probably wasn’t a good idea because my shoulder hurts now.

I just really want to move to a happy home.
